By keeping members’ boats in our hurricane-graded, covered dry-stack facilities, owners are able to avoid the relentless UV damage and saltwater corrosion associated with saltwater storage. Building for the Future on the Treasure Coast


Our commitment to this elevated experience is driving a massive expansion to Meridian Marina. The grand opening of the 2026 Meridian Marina expansion barn more than doubles our storage capacity – expanding from 260 to 540 racks – and meets the growing demand for elite boat storage in Palm City. This development includes a new 300-foot-long indoor barn area graded for wind speeds up to 170 miles per hour, offering a level of security that is hard to come by on the Treasure Coast.
Further, we are dedicated to creating a Treasure Coast social hub. This is reflected in our expansion build of a 2,000-square-foot ship store and the first waterfront restaurant in Palm City, both scheduled to open in late 2026.
